This would have been a challenge trenching to each building as we did during the previous decades installing security camera systems but technology with network beam links at 5G make the system almost as fast as wiring directly to the
camera at a fraction of the cost of trenching.

The “Ranch home” features active deterrence cameras with AI to detect humans, not the 7 dogs on the property. When a human is detected, the owners receive a push notification alerting them of the specific camera and a video clip of the detected human.

Lights will flash for a 5 second period to capture potential intruders’ attention that they are being watched.

During vacation travel, the property owners turn on 24/7 alerts and audio notification announcements at the camera that say, “you are under surveillance”.

After dark, the white LED light turns on each camera providing color video picture at night, a new feature for pro cameras, and with 4k picture quality, the detected human that crosses the intrusion zone will be positively identified
for police evidence.

While in the home, this professionally installed camera system is viewed on a dedicated monitor in the owner’s office.

Additionally, viewing is on every TV in the house by selecting the HDMI-2 input. The cameras are shown on their
big screen TV, kitchen and in the master bedroom. Camera video viewing is also on their computer, tablet, and smartphone.

The quality of the system necessary for years of surveillance protection is complete with the video footage recording on a local NVR (network video recorder). Cloud recording and viewing was an option that the owner chose to keep it local.

Cloud does have its advantages, but we work with the client how they ultimately feel the system will work best for
them. For local recording, Hauk Security has always preferred Western Digital purple surveillance hard drives that are
specifically made to perform exceptionally well with surveillance recording systems.

Additionally, recording on micro-SD cards are on each camera as a backup should the hard drive be damaged or stolen
during a break-in.
