Meeting the fundamental installation requirements for a reliable and consistent HOA gate access installation requires a step by step approach and a love for the craft of organization.
After agreeing to fix the problems of this system, Hauk Security Installation team repaired the problems left behind by years having multiple installers working in the system. We rewired the system with the Snap AV Strong 19" Rack, Cat6a patch cables, Wattbox power backup, Wattbox power cycle capability from any remote location, internet rules to cycle the power of the router should the network be lost along with power on the equipment if there is a problem. We receive notifications day and night if there are any problems that need to be addressed on a 24/7 basis before our clients know.
Hauk Security is certified installers for the GeoVision camera system, HID access controllers and Geovision long range windshield tag readers. HOA's need their security provider to have consistent service provided by Hauk without being overcharged.

Installing the leading brands of technology, Hauk Security installers are certified installers for the MDU and HOA industry leading intercom system ButterflyMX that includes access control, intercom communication via mobile app along with MDU tenant management system integration by Entrata, Yardi, Rent Manager, Greystar, Appfolio to name a few.
Challenged with complete integration from move-in to move-out processing with keyless integration using the mobile credentials, this system makes managing tenants simple. $3.50 monthly per house for complete access control. Note: additional conditions and equipment cost, we're happy to provide a complete on site (no cost), quotation at any time.
PDK Access Control Installation at a Laguna Beach HOA community
The Hauk Security installation team took the challenge from a Laguna Beach HOA to install a mobile first PDK access control system with key fobs at a seaside community where other installers said it couldn't be done. The results are flawless use of the resort style living with the added privacy of the most desirable location on the West Coast. 11 Fob entry/exit points, 2 push to exit buttons at the pool with mobile app control for 96 residents, vendors, and guest.

Akuvox has a community intercom access control system for every situation
This new installation included removing the old telephone entry controller to be replaced with a touchscreen SIP Intercom with 2-way communication at the 24 hour gate for a live guard entry experience. Residence can send a QR code to their guest in advance allowing quick entry for each guest. Installation time, 1 day with 2 technicians.
Flex Fitness OC goes 24/7 hours with Kisi Access control and Cameras installed by Hauk Security
Hauk Security installation team installed a Rhombus camera system at the front door with Kisi access control system. Rhombus features facial recognition to unlock the door to allow members entrance along with the backup of Kisi "no touch" reader that will recognize your cell phone bluetooth to unlock the door. Flex Fitness eliminiated the hours of operation objection to working out. Now you can always make it to the gym.
24/7 office building access for employees with alarm disarming through the 2N keypad
2N Access Control has a premium lineup of products for high tech access control installations as shown with this office project. Doors are protected outside the office allowing employees to enter without a key.
Brivo Access Control System installed in this food distribution facility required 24/7 access for their suppliers ability to deliver fresh food without operational difficulty.

management system produced a significant increase in this business' efficiency
with around the clock delivery services.
During our discovery process, Hauk Security was challenged with providing a
complete turnkey solution to the management of this southern California food
distributor. Things we took into consideration prior to deployment of the
access control and camera installation were providing 24/7 access for the
delivery of food. Also, provide doors that will auto close and notifications if
they were left open. Surveillance cameras that triggered video uploads to the
cloud recording EagleEye system, network bandwidth that would be separate from
the corporate network, access credentials with date and time stamp and finally
automatic hydraulic door closer with exit push bar locking. And the final product to be installed is the Altronix access control fail secure power backup. With magnetic locks, a fail secure backup continues to provide power to the lock when we experience a power outage. Without it, the door unlocks, not very secure. In case of fire, code requires the system to be operational with an obvious exit.
A simple access system installation can and will have many considerations to assure management of a smooth
business operation. Installing access control systems was a significant asset
that created revenue for our happy client.
Phase-2 of this project includes door closers and refrigerator sensors for remote management notifications just in case a freezer fails, or the door is propped open causing spoiled food.

E.R. Hauk
At a young age, Eugene left home for the US Navy where he served his country with pride as a communications specialist on a destroyer. His first job when returning was in communications at the phone company in the 50's. He continues to tell the stories of how the phone systems worked with relays and switch board operators.
In 1978 he founded HSS and began developing the skills of wiring the impossible home for security! This is when he got the nickname "fix-it-man" because of his incredible ability to do the impossible. He continues to be our source of wisdom and promises to never retire... his roll is to pass on his experience in the family business.
Darrel and Travis carry on the generational knowledge that brings families and business owners peace of mind in knowing their technology is done with the diligence needed when safety and security is a priority.
