Hauk Security professional took the call from a burglarized homeowner the night before. Trama follows a break-in and the need to gain protection goes from some day to urgent. We scrambled a crew to install this alarm the same day.

Qolsys Alarm Installation with hard wired contacts and customized wireless to prevent tampering
Hauk Security professional hard wired alarm installation for this large custom residential home and additional wireless sensors on the new pocked doors. This installation also features automated zwave plug in modules to turn on a radio (talk radio station) while the homeowner is away for the evening. Additionally, the lights turn on at random times and random days.

There's always a first.... this new installation has a locked cover to prevent clients in a sobriety house from activating the Emergency Alert system.
Protecting clients from intruders is the main objective of our alarm systems although this adolescent sobriety home has the responsibility to keep the clients from leaving. And we can't have them calling the police because they don't like the program. Staff appreciates knowing the windows and doors stay closed, their parents have an additional comfort knowing there are measures in place to keep their children safe and inside the facility.

The Hauk Security crew installed a Qolsys Alarm with Automation and
Alarm.com monitoring, Motion detection, perimeter door contacts, automated lighting,
and floodlights at the vulnerable entry points.
The Qolsys alarm panel has arming and disarming on the mobile app or at the
panel. As the homeowner enters the home, 2 jasco zwave lights turn on automatically.
Entering a dark home can be a security risk that is overcome by light automation switches.
Motion detectors were installed in key areas to alert the authorities if a burglar
enters that zone. Shown below, motion detection in the master bedroom is the
most important in the house. Many thieves ONLY enter the master bedroom, get
the jewelry, and flee the scene. The DSC (Digital Security Controls) PowerG
motion detector will certainly alert the Police if this zone is triggered.
An automated outlet has a radio plugged in and tuned to a talk radio station, it
sounds like a person is home. Hauk Security installed this system to discourage
a break-in, we achieved our objective for under $2000, Installed.

E.R. Hauk
At a young age, Eugene left home for the US Navy where he served his country with pride as a communications specialist on a destroyer. His first job when returning was in communications at the phone company in the 50's. He continues to tell the stories of how the phone systems worked with relays and switch board operators.
In 1978 he founded HSS and began developing the skills of wiring the impossible home for security! This is when he got the nickname "fix-it-man" because of his incredible ability to do the impossible. He continues to be our source of wisdom and promises to never retire... his roll is to pass on his experience in the family business.
Darrel and Travis carry on the generational knowledge that brings families and business owners peace of mind in knowing their technology is done with the diligence needed when safety and security is a priority.

We were hired by a detective from our local police force in the community to protect his new (1990's) home he recently purchased.
